dealt with Newride before and had no problem, got what we wanted in a matter of 4 days. However the guy we dealt with is no longer there. We went back to them for a new vehicle, dealt with new guy, and oh boy, the lies spewed out of his mouth like rain from a down spout. He treated us like we were stupied, never returned our calls, had the receptionist call us about stuff that was already suppose to be decided, and she had no idea what was going on. (not her fault) It has been 3 weeks since we stepped into the Newride building, and we have no idea what is going on. Could be our credit (may just be) or they could have sold our vehicle which Ryen was quick to tell us that he could have sold it 10 times over. I will NEVER deal with them again, and also be sure to REFER my friends, their friends, family and just about anyone I meet, to a different car dealer. BBB should be contacted and will. And I gave them half a star simply because I had to give them something, there are no negative stars on here.
